Kashmir: Gun fight rages between militants and security forces in Yedipora Village of Pattan North Kashmir Baramulla district on Friday morning.
All civilians have been rescued there and are shifted to safer location. Earleir in the initial stage of gunfight an Army Major was injured, however no militant has been killed so far.
Pertinently, A Joint team of Army’s 29 RR, SOG and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation at Yadipora area of Pattan following inputs about the presence of some militants.
The gunfight broke out after searching party was fired by hidding militants. An army officer has been injured in the initial stage of gunfight that broke out this morning in north Kashmir’s Pattan village. Joint operation is in progress.
