Srinagar: 117 Bn CRPF organised a 5 Kilometres “Fit India Freedom Run” programme yesterday.
The event was organised under the sponsorship of Srinagar Sector and Madadgar, CRPF, in association with NGO, Sunrise in Kashmir. The event saw great enthusiasm and around 1000 participants including local civilians of all age groups and CRPF personnel running together.
The run was flagged off by Pankaj Singh, Commandant, 117 Bn CRPF at 0800 hrs yesterday. The run started from Gindan Park Rajbagh and culminated at Bakshi Indoor Stadium, Srinagar.
