Srinagar, October 26: Several BJP workers who are said to be from Kupwara were arrested after they tried to host National Flag at Lal chowk.
According to the reports, few workers of Central ruling party appeared and tried to host flag on Ghanta Ghar in Lal chowk, however, police foiled their attempt.
Pertinently days after Former CM Mehbooba Mufti in a statement said that she won’t raise any flag till our special status won’t be restored, many leaders from BJP and Congress have protested against her statement.
Meanwhile a day before Tri colour was also hosted at PDP office Jammu and now BJP workers tried to host flag in Srinagar.
